We were created by fans, for fans. The live events industry is driven by fans like you. When we created this company, we set out to do one thing: Give the power back to the fans.

Why shouldn’t you be able to get reimbursed for your ticket purchase as easily as you did for those shoes that didn’t quite fit? Or for that package that you never received? Tickets or registrations to live events are one of the last non-refundable purchases left across all types of commerce.
